Tuesday Thoughts

Sometimes insecurity can drive people to hoard all the leadership opportunities for themselves so that no one else appears as capable or as successful. Spiritual Leadership, Blackaby p. 134.

OUCH! Leadership is impossible if you think that all of ministry must be perfect. There are so many folks who don’t delegate because they believe they can do it better. While it is probably true, it is not a good attitude to have in a ministry. So how can you be sure that you are moving up in leadership and not sideways or down?
